Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk (or your choice of liquid)*
  • 1 tsp Ground flaxseeds

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen fruit, milk, and ground flaxseeds to blender. Blend until smooth. Add more liquid if needed.
  • Pour smoothie into bowl and top with fresh fruit or toppings of your choice.

Notes

*Can alternatively use water, coconut water, or juice as liquid in place of milk.
