Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk (or your choice of liquid)*
  • 1 tsp Ground flaxseeds

Equipment

  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Add frozen fruit, milk, and ground flaxseeds to blender. Blend until smooth. Add more liquid if needed.
  2. Pour smoothie into bowl and top with fresh fruit or toppings of your choice.

Notes

*Can alternatively use water, coconut water, or juice as liquid in place of milk.
