Method
- If using freeze-dried strawberries, put fruit in bowl first.
- Add oats.
- Add milk and mix.
- Add maple syrup or honey (or preferred sweetener).
- Add cinnamon and mix.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- After refrigerated, add toppings such as nuts or fresh fruit.
- Enjoy!

When I don't have fresh fruit, I use freeze-dried strawberries. They will soak up the milk and rehydrate.
