Date Balls with almonds and cacao

Ingredients
  

  • 12 dates
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp collagen or protein powder

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, soak dates in warm water to soften.
  • While the dates are soaking, process almonds to powder in a food processor or blender.
  • Add cacao powder and collagen or protein powder to food processor.
  • Remove dates from water and remove pits if needed.
  • Add dates to food processor with powders.
  • Combine until doughy consistency.
  • Form balls. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or more.
