Date Balls

Date Balls with almonds and cacao

Ingredients
  

  • 12 dates
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp collagen or protein powder

Equipment

  • Food processor

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, soak dates in warm water to soften.
  2. While the dates are soaking, process almonds to powder in a food processor or blender.
  3. Add cacao powder and collagen or protein powder to food processor.
  4. Remove dates from water and remove pits if needed.
  5. Add dates to food processor with powders.
  6. Combine until doughy consistency.
  7. Form balls. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or more.
