In a small bowl, add apple slices, 1 tablespoon of the brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix together.
Add apple mixture to ramekin or small oven-safe bowl.
In another small bowl, melt butter in the microwave for 15 seconds.
Add oats, almond flour, the second half of the brown sugar, cinnamon, and apple pie spice. Mix together. Add pecans.
Add topping to ramekin.
Bake for 25-28 minutes, or until apples are cooked through and bubbling and topping is crispy.
Top with ice cream. Enjoy!
