- *Put roasted red pepper in food processor. Add chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, and vinegar and blend until smooth.
- Add seasons and mix.
- Drizzle olive oil on top and serve.
Notes
*If roasting the pepper yourself, place pepper on a baking sheet with a little olive oil. Cook in the oven at 400 degrees F for about 20 minutes. Flip pepper and cook for another 20 minutes on the other side. Let cool before using for hummus.
