Chocolate Brownie Hummus
This Chocolate Brownie Hummus is healthy and easy to make. It’s smooth and chocolatey and tastes like brownie batter.
Jump to RecipeChocolate Brownie Hummus, like regular hummus, is made with chickpeas. Chickpeas are high in iron and fiber, and aid in digestion.
How to make Chocolate Brownie Hummus:
Drain chickpeas and add to blender or food processor with cacao powder, maple syrup, almond butter or preferred butter (or tahini for a nut-free version), coconut oil, almond milk (or preferred milk or water), and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Refrigerate until preferred consistency is achieved. I like to refrigerate for a few hours before I eat it.
Be sure to save the chickpea water for other desserts; nothing goes to waste!
